iSLIMS is the District of Columbia's Department of Transportation Work Order Management System used to monitor the repair contract for Parking Meters and Street Lights. This is a web based system that automatically imports requests for repairs from the District's Motorola Call Center (via CityWorks), and then automatically forwards these requests to the vendor (ACS) for processing.
